Cette semaine, je travaille sur la st\u00e9rilisation \u00e0 l&rsquo;oxyde d&rsquo;\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne (OE). Ce n&rsquo;est pas facile, car les capacit\u00e9s r\u00e9guli\u00e8res de st\u00e9rilisation et de validation sont insuffisantes. Deux fournisseurs m&rsquo;ont fait savoir qu&rsquo;ils n&rsquo;avaient pas de capacit\u00e9 pour 2023. Un fournisseur avait la capacit\u00e9 pour la st\u00e9rilisation de routine, mais l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de validation n&rsquo;avait la capacit\u00e9 que pour 5 mois. Le dernier fournisseur avait la capacit\u00e9. J&rsquo;\u00e9tais ravi. OUI !&#8230;.. Je me suis dit. Le devis \u00e9tait tellement exorbitant que j&rsquo;ai imm\u00e9diatement compris pourquoi ils avaient encore de la capacit\u00e9 disponible.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1014 alignleft\" style=\"color: #555555;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/vosfoxmedical.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/AdobeStock_504640600.jpeg?resize=141%2C287&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"141\" height=\"287\"><\/p>\n<p>Il n&rsquo;est pas facile de mettre des innovations sur le march\u00e9. Outre l&rsquo;augmentation constante des exigences, qui se traduit par une hausse des d\u00e9penses, ces jeunes entreprises innovantes sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des p\u00e9nuries de capacit\u00e9s. Manque de capacit\u00e9 de st\u00e9rilisation, de certification ISO13485 ou GMP, r\u00e9vision du dossier technique. Ces p\u00e9nuries sont \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de retards dans la mise \u00e0 disposition de nouveaux produits pour les patients.<\/p>\n<p>Cet article fait partie d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie sur nos d\u00e9fis quotidiens en mati\u00e8re de #d\u00e9veloppement et de #production chez Vosfox Medical.
