Installationsqualifizierung und die Betriebsqualifizierung von Testger\u00e4ten sind mit der Prozessvalidierung vergleichbar.<br \/>\nEs ist wichtig, dass die Ausr\u00fcstung in das Qualit\u00e4tssystem integriert wird, dass Software und Firmware validiert werden und dass die Ausr\u00fcstung den analytischen Test wie erwartet durchf\u00fchrt (bei Standardproben).<br \/>\nW\u00e4hrend der Betriebsqualifizierung werden die korrekten Einstellungen des Ger\u00e4ts f\u00fcr eine bestimmte Art von Probe ermittelt.<br \/>\nSie m\u00f6chten, dass die QC-Testergebnisse etwas \u00fcber die Qualit\u00e4t des Produkts und die F\u00e4higkeiten Ihres Produktionsprozesses aussagen.<br \/>\nSie m\u00fcssen also die prozess-, ger\u00e4te- und bedienerbedingte Varianz kennen (siehe Zeichnung).<br \/>\nDie Anzahl der Proben und die statistische Berechnung h\u00e4ngen von der Art des Tests und seiner Wirkung auf die Probe ab (siehe >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<h2>PQ &#8211; Abweichung GR&amp;R<\/h2>\n<p>  Nun werden die Anzahl der Proben und die statistische Methode festgelegt, die Proben getestet und die Ergebnisse in eine Statistiksoftware eingegeben.<br \/>\nEs sind verschiedene Auswertungsmethoden m\u00f6glich; die g\u00e4ngigste ist die ANOVA-Methode.<br \/>\nDer Beitrag anderer Faktoren zur Varianz (Beitrag von Wiederholbarkeit, Reproduzierbarkeit und Gauge R&amp;R) wird bewertet.<br \/>\nBei der Varianzpr\u00fcfung von Gauge R&amp;R werden die Ergebnisse mit vorher festgelegten Akzeptanzkriterien verglichen.<br \/>\nWenn die Tests die Akzeptanzkriterien erf\u00fcllen, ist die PQ abgeschlossen.<br \/>\nWenn die Tests die Akzeptanzkriterien nicht erf\u00fcllen, wird untersucht, warum sie nicht bestanden wurden, und es werden Korrekturma\u00dfnahmen ergriffen.<br \/>\nDie GR&amp;R-Tests werden dann so lange wiederholt, bis die Akzeptanzkriterien erf\u00fcllt
